• How can I download a video from youtube?

Ans: Please check the settings whether youtube is selected or not. If not select it ( checked). Search your video and click the “Download” button on the download page. For more details, please click <link>.

• How can I download from my own site?

Ans: You can download videos from your site by adding it a provider. For more details, click <link>.

• Why can’t I download videos from Metacafe or Break.com?

Ans: They don’t provide video in mpeg format. Other formats are not supported in iphone.

• I have put one video(*.mp4) on my server. I know the url. How will I download that video with FirstClip?

Ans: This feature is coming soon. You will not be asked to upgrade FirstClip on your iphone. This will be done on the server which be automatically your visible in the FirstClip on your iphone.
